One of Highpointe’s Early Bird Discounts Decreases by One Percent
Highpointe at Rebecca, Concordia’s new retirement community in Allison Park, opened in September 2017 to rave reviews – as well as with some deep discounts that have saved residents thousands of dollars. One notable promotion was a 6% discount on the Entrance Fee, Monthly Fee and Second Person Fee.
Effective March 1, 2018, that discount drops to 5%, then continues to decrease by one percent on the first of every month until the discount ends on July 1. Click here to view pricing and floor plans.
Money Matters: Discount to Decrease in March
One of the biggest concerns for those looking into retirement living communities is the price, and many find that Concordia’s brand of quality, security and value is often comparable or even less expensive than staying in their own homes.
As a bonus to those who decide to move to Highpointe at Rebecca, Concordia is currently offering three advantageous discounts: a 6% discount on the Entrance Fee, Monthly Fee and Second Person Fee; a 3% veteran’s discount on the Entrance Fee for eligible veterans/spouses; and a 10% discount on future health care services at Concordia at Rebecca Residence, located on the same campus. Now is the time to get the lowest price on retirement living at Highpointe, because the limited-time 6% discount is scheduled to roll back this year.
Getting to Know the Neighbors at Highpointe: Dec. 2017
John and Mary Repasky
John and Mary Repasky, two of Highpointe’s founding residents, first heard about their new home from a postcard they received promoting an information session about Concordia’s newest retirement living community. They decided to attend, and by the end of the session, they were ready to make an even bigger decision.

This video combines the still photos in time lapse form with the drone video!READ MORE...

June 2017 Highpointe at Rebecca Project Update
Last month, Highpointe at Rebecca hosted over 200 people for its first public open house (featuring tours of the three completed model apartments), but that doesn’t mean construction will slow down anytime soon on this premier retirement living community in Allison Park. As the other apartments and common areas begin to take shape, so are the living spaces outside Highpointe’s walls.
Highpointe was designed with Concordia’s standards of quality, security and value, and this mindset also extends to the grounds around the building, which residents will experience without worrying about any of the upkeep. In the building’s courtyard, where many activities and concerts will be held, a water feature with a two-tier waterfall and large pond for koi is finished. Almost every stone used in its construction was salvaged from a former structure on the Highpointe building site. A frame for a large gas fire ring is underway. The resort-style backyard atmosphere will also extend to the green spaces on the east and west sides of the building, with plans for a bocce court, putting green and second water feature being discussed.READ MORE...
